The certificate of China Hard Pen Association has a very high gold content. China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association is the only legal national hard pen calligraphy association established by Pang Zhonghua and Liu Jinbiao, approved by the Ministry of Culture and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs 1993.
China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association consists of hard pen calligraphy organizations, hard pen calligraphers, hard pen calligraphy theory, researchers and educators from all provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, special zones, state organs and industries in China.
