1957 was born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. He is currently the director of the Tourism Friendship Center of China Artists Association, the member of China Artists Association, the member of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, the member of Jiangsu Mural Research Association, the vice president of Yangzhou Lacquer Painting Mural Research Association, the director of Yangzhou Watercolor Research Association, the director of Yangzhou Calligraphers Association, the chief arts and crafts artist of Yangzhou Lacquerware Factory and the president of Yangzhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
