Dong E Fei has a culture, which makes Shunzhi feel that life with her is very colorful and interesting. Because her father, E Shuo, worked in Jiangnan for a long time, Dong E Fei was influenced by Jiangnan culture from an early age. Most importantly, Dong Efei likes reading history and her calligraphy is very good, so she is full of books, gentle and kind, and Shunzhi is also familiar with the subset of classics and history, which also makes them have a common language together.
Dong E Fei's non-government made Shunzhi respect Dong E Fei. Shunzhi liked Dong E Fei very much, so sometimes he would ask Dong E Fei to accompany him to read the paper, but Dong E Fei refused because he could not get involved in politics in the palace. Although Dong E Fei doesn't engage in politics, she often reminds Shunzhi to read the paper, and she is very kind to maids and eunuchs, so people in the palace respect Dong E Fei, which makes Shunzhi feel that Dong E Fei is better than other concubines.
