Huasheng Jiangquan Group began to invest in the hotel industry on 1998, and its Linyi Jiangquan Hotel (★★★★) has been successfully operated for 8 years, forming a relatively mature management system and development model. In 2006, it invested 800 million yuan to build Huasheng River Spring City, which was decorated according to the standard of ultra-luxury five-star hotel. It covers an area of 90,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 1.20 million square meters and the height of the main building of 1.59 meters. It is the tallest building in Linyi, integrating catering, accommodation, business meetings, writing and office, leisure and entertainment, exhibition and shopping, and it is a luxurious comprehensive building. Huasheng Jiangquan City is currently undergoing comprehensive renovation and is expected to open at the end of 2008. It was founded in May 2003 and put into production on April 5, 2004, with a total investment of 720 million yuan. The company covers an area of 5 12 mu and employs 1 100 people. It has two 500m3 blast furnaces, which are researched and designed by Angang Design Institute, installed by the construction company and machinery factory affiliated to Jiangquan Group, and adopt advanced technologies such as bell-less, with an annual design capacity of 6,543,800 tons of pig iron. By-products are blast furnace gas and water slag (with an annual output of 450,000 tons), of which the annual output of blast furnace gas is 65.438+0.92 billion cubic meters, which can provide 700 million cubic meters of energy for related industries within the Group except hot air, sintering and coal injection. It is equipped with a raw material processing system with an annual output of 2 million tons of iron ore, two 60-square-meter cold sintering systems with 6.5438+0.5 million tons, and a cast iron machine system. The direct and indirect benefits of blast furnace gas and water slag are considerable. Only gas can solve the problem of fuel production in related industries, with an annual comprehensive benefit of more than 300 million yuan. In terms of environmental protection measures, the new technology of blast furnace dust removal is adopted, including bell-less top, axial compressor AV50- 14 with adjustable stator blades, closed-loop system of furnace cooling soft water, flexible transmission of sintering machine and cooler system, supporting electric dust removal (1100m2 and 800m2), PLC computer control and automatic feeding. The gas dust removal system includes dry dust removal, dust removal in tapping workshop, dust removal in transfer station and comprehensive utilization of gas. The above environmental protection measures have formed a good comprehensive utilization of resources and ecological cycle, which not only improves the economic benefits of enterprises, but also ensures the social benefits of sustainable development. Both blast furnaces have reached their production capacity, with a daily output of 3,500 tons. In terms of product sales, we have established long-term supply cooperation relations with large national steel enterprises such as Shanghai Baosteel and Rizhao Iron and Steel Group.
