Hironaka Heisuke's resume

1954 graduated from Kyoto university, Japan.

1960 received a doctorate from Harvard University.

1964 successfully solved the problem of solving singular point sets in classical fields.

1968 teaches at Harvard University.

1970 won the Fields Prize and the Japanese Academy of Sciences Award on September 3rd.

1975 was awarded the "Cultural Medal" by the Japanese government.

1976 was elected as an academician of the Japanese Academy of Sciences.

1996 -2002 President of Yamaguchi University, Japan.

In 2003, he became the first president of the Creative College University (started in 2004).
