Guo Baosheng is the former president and party secretary of the Intermediate People's Court of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. He was born in October 1955 and is a native of Luoyang, Henan. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1973 and started working in March 1971. He has a university degree from the Central Party School.
