The author of Yuelu Academy?

Zhang Wei's Yuelu Academy was written by Zhang Wei, the bishop of the Academy, in the first year of Southern Song Dynasty (1 165) or the second year of Dadao (1 166) with Zhou, an alumnus of Hunan University and chairman of Hunan Calligraphers Association (1965).
