Qualification certificate is the relevant documents and certificates to prove one's production capacity. There are generally two kinds of qualifications: first, business qualifications, such as business license of enterprise legal person, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, production license, etc. The other is ability qualification, such as corresponding qualification certificates issued by local, national, professional institutions and trade associations, such as engineering contracting enterprise qualification, high-tech enterprise certificate, enterprise 3a credit rating certificate, etc. Article 2 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons in People's Republic of China (PRC).
