A good life has nothing to do with how much money you earn
Let's face up to a question first: Is it possible to live a good life without money?
I tell you clearly that it is entirely possible that many beautiful lives and successful lives have nothing to do with making money.
Five years ago, I met a master from Tang Hua. He used a spoon as a pen and sugar as ink to draw all kinds of small animals in an instant.
In my impression, most of these craftsmen are middle-aged people over 50 years old, but this master Tang Hua is very young, less than 30 years old. It is really rare for young people to choose to do this.
He said, if you don't do it, I won't do it, and this old craft will be gone. Some things always need someone to do.
Such a person may not earn much money all his life, but he has the heart to pass on the quintessence of China's craftsmanship. Don't you think this kind of life is quite successful?
There is a neighbor in my hometown who is a primary school teacher in our town. He has taught all his life, and many children and parents are his students.
Now I retire at home, read books and raise flowers every day, and also borrow the classroom of the school to run a free calligraphy class. On weekends, parents can send their children to study and bring their own pens, ink, paper and inkstones.
His wife is a doctor in the town hospital. After retirement, many people still come home to see a doctor. She doesn't charge for seeing a doctor. As a result, the patient went to the drugstore to buy medicine herself, and she helped her neighbors as much as she could.
Their economic conditions are much better than ordinary families, and they have pensions, but they are still not rich enough.
But don't you think that a successful life is one that teaches and educates people, is full of peaches and plums, and saves lives by treating diseases?
One of my relatives, I call her Third Grandma, took care of Third Grandpa who was paralyzed in bed for more than 30 years until his death.
I raised five children by farming chickens and sewing for others. Now they all have good families, including teachers and businessmen.
Isn't this life a success?
Many good lives really have nothing to do with how much money you earn. You don't have to be a rich man to be successful. You can have a brilliant life without money.

How do ordinary people live this life well?
So, how should ordinary people live this life well?
First of all, we should know what a good life is. Only by knowing what kind of life is good first can we live a good life.
There is an old man who has been riding a tricycle for nearly 20 years and saved 350 thousand donations through his teeth, fulfilling the dream of more than 300 poor children going to school.
His name is Bai. He used to be a transport worker, a paint factory employee and a tricycle driver. He never made any big money in his life, but he touched many people.
His daughter is distressed that he has been out in the sun and rain all day. He said to her, leave me alone and don't think about me. I'm fine. I feel particularly comfortable living like this.
For myself, my heart is full of freedom and a sense of accomplishment; To the outside world, it is helpful and valuable to others, and such a life is successful.
This is what a successful life should look like in my mind. Now that the goal is clear, I have the direction of action.
I am also an ordinary person, and I am also exploring and thinking about how to live this life well, and share some of my thoughts.
Accept the fact that efforts have no good results.
The world doesn't have to work hard to earn money. Your poverty is often not because you don't work hard enough, but because you have a weak foundation.
Many people who drive luxury cars on the street are not as hard as you, and they are not as good as you. Maybe they were born better than you.
However, this is not the reason for you to abandon yourself, dawdle all day and complain. One thing is certain, that is, efforts are better than no efforts.
Keep a good attitude and don't complain about fate and life. If you keep complaining, you won't be rich inside.
Don't measure your life by other people's standards.
Everyone has his own pace of life, some are young and promising, and some are late bloomers.
As the old saying goes, standing at the age of 30 without a house, car, marriage and children is not a failure.
Don't measure your life by other people's standards. As long as you live a full and clear life and follow your own pace, you won't feel confused.
As long as you're not fooling yourself!
You can accept no money, but you can't accept no soul.
Just now, I said a reality. If I work hard, I may have no money. I can accept life without money, but I can't accept life without soul and mind.
People live not only to earn money, but also for many meaningful things, and earning money is often the lowest level of demand.
Just like Master Tang Hua, he may not have much money, but he has a soul. Spiritual nobility and inner wealth are far more important than material wealth.
Be a valuable person and a good person.
Whether we have money or not, we should be a good person, a kind person and a helpful person.
Just like my neighbors, old teachers and doctors are ordinary, but they are extraordinary.
Life is not rich without any money, as most people do, but even without money, you can still live well. This road depends on how you go!
