2. In the manuscript paper settings, click the down arrow on the right side of the format to select the required manuscript paper format. There are three choices: grid, horizontal line and outline.
3. Select the number of rows and columns below, and then select the color of the grid. In the demonstration, red was selected. Then the following is to select the paper size, usually A4, and then set the header and footer, which can be set according to your own needs, and then click OK.
4. At this point, you get a blank document of grid stationery as shown below. If the computer has a printer, you can click "Print" (the same printing operation as ordinary documents) to print it out.
If you want to input the text in this stationery format, just click the mouse and enter the content. Word will enter the text into each box on the stationery one by one according to the format.
6. If you already have a document with good content, you can also add stationery style to it. Open this document, click "manuscript paper settings", then set the manuscript paper as above, and then click "OK".
7. In this way, the original document without stationery format is automatically added with stationery style, which looks neat and beautiful.
