Wei Liang, a native of Henan, 1955, was born in An. He is currently the vice chairman of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, the vice chairman of xi Calligraphers Association and a member of China Calligraphers Association. Member of Shaanxi Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Director of Shaanxi International Cultural Exchange Center, Standing Committee of Shaanxi Youth Federation. His works have won the first prize or gold medal in the National Lanting Calligraphy Competition, Shuangyu Cup, Songchangqing Cup National Calligraphy and Painting Competition of the Motherland, Shaanxi Automobile Cup National Famous Calligraphy and Painting Invitational Competition, Qindao Cup and long live the motherland '95 China Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition for seven times.
