Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 7? According to the requirements of national policies, the school comprehensively considers the number of candidates in each enrollment province, the quality of students, the employment situation of various majors and other factors, and combines the implementation of the school enrollment plan in recent years to determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty. For details of the enrollment plans of each major by province, please refer to the enrollment majors and plans of ordinary colleges and universities issued by the enrollment departments of each enrollment province. Our school reserves the enrollment plan in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the documents of the Ministry of Education, which is mainly used to adjust the quality of students and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score.

Article 8 The enrollment of colleges and universities in Beijing shall be conducted under the unified organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as provinces) in strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
Ninth according to the situation of students in each province to determine the proportion of investment, the proportion of investment in parallel volunteer is controlled within 105%, and the proportion of voluntary investment in sequence is controlled within 120%. The actual proportion is subject to the requirements of each province.
Tenth parallel volunteer one-time reporting, did not complete the plan to participate in the collection. Sequential volunteering, when the number of candidates who apply for the first choice in our school is insufficient, there is no grade difference between the volunteers who accept the candidates who volunteer later.
Eleventh general professional admission, according to the professional volunteer order and candidates' grades, in accordance with the principle of voluntary priority, from high scores to low scores. There is no grade difference between majors. In the case of the same score, if the total score of the college entrance examination is the highest, the major will be given priority. In the case of the same total score of culture courses, compare the total scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, liberal arts comprehensive/science comprehensive/elective subjects in turn, and the one with the highest score will be admitted to the major first.
Article 12 Our school recognizes and uses the results of the provincial art examination. Professional courses are qualified in the unified examination of fine arts in this province, and the total score of cultural courses in the college entrance examination reaches the minimum control score of the corresponding batch in this province before they are eligible for admission. Admission is based on the principle of voluntary priority, and there is no single subject requirement.
For the provinces that adopt the parallel volunteer investment model, students are admitted from high score to low score according to the investment scores of the enrollment management departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the students are located. When the scores of the investment line are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the scores of the unified examination of professional courses and the scores of cultural courses.
In the provinces that adopt the sequential voluntary filing method, the students enrolled in the file are selected according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and the comprehensive score = (the total score of the college entrance examination and the total score of the art unified examination) × 50%. When the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be admitted from high to low according to the scores of professional courses and cultural courses.
Article 13 Admission of majors such as performance, music education, dance performance, broadcasting and hosting, radio and television editing and directing, photography, film and television photography and production, aviation service art and management, and calligraphy (including various professional directions): if the majors (directions) applied for are within the scope of the provincial unified examination, our school will take the results of the provincial unified examination as the school examination (professional additional examination); Majors (directions) not involved in the provincial unified examination need to take the school examination (professional additional examination) organized by our school and use the results of the school examination (professional additional examination); On the basis of passing the provincial unified examination, some provinces must take our school examination (professional additional examination) and use the results of our school examination (professional additional examination); Individual provinces recognize and use the results of the provincial joint entrance examination.
The admission principle is based on the fact that the total score of the college entrance examination culture course reaches the minimum control score of the corresponding batch in this province. According to the principle of voluntary priority, candidates are selected from high score to low score according to the results of the school examination (professional additional examination). In the case of the same results in the school examination (professional additional examination), candidates with high total scores in the college entrance examination culture course have no requirements for single subjects. Under the condition that the total score of cultural courses remains unchanged, the total scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, liberal arts comprehensive/science comprehensive/elective subjects are compared in turn, and those with higher scores are given priority to major admission.
Candidates from Inner Mongolia, Liaoning and Sichuan provinces who want to apply for the major of aviation service art and management in our school do not need to take our school examination (professional additional examination), and are selected according to the results of the college entrance examination culture course from high to low.
Candidates who apply for radio and television director and radio and television director (film and television creation) in Liaoning Province do not need to take our school examination (professional additional examination), and are selected according to the results of the college entrance examination culture course from high to low.
Article 14 Special requirements of some majors
1. Foreign Language Requirements: Translation and English majors in our school only recruit English language candidates. Other majors are not limited to languages, but the public foreign language courses for non-foreign language majors in our school are English, and public foreign language courses in other languages will not be arranged separately. In addition, international courses for general majors need to learn IELTS English, which requires a higher level of English. Non-English candidates should apply carefully.
2. According to the professional teaching plan and learning requirements of the dance performance (sports dance and education) major, it can be divided into separate plans for men and women and separate enrollment. The number of detailed plans shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial recruitment office.
3. Music education majors only admit candidates in the direction of vocal music and piano.
4. Candidates applying for the performance (film and television performance) major require:
The height of boys is not less than 165cm, and that of girls is not less than 155cm.
5. Candidates applying for the performance (model performance) major require:
Fashion models: male height 184cm- 192cm, female height 174cm- 182cm.
Plane model: male height 175cm- 183cm, female height 163cm- 173cm.
6. According to the teaching plan, learning requirements and future development needs of preschool education (undergraduate) and primary education (undergraduate) majors, the following requirements are put forward for candidates applying for this major:
(1) Healthy in body and mind, willing to be a teacher;
(2) The height of girls is not less than 155cm, and that of boys is not less than 165cm, with symmetrical posture and coordinated movements;
(3) Normal facial features, no strabismus, no color blindness and weakness, no obvious scars, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus, vitiligo, etc. When wearing summer clothes, there are no tattoos on the exposed parts of the face and body;
(4) normal hearing, binaural hearing range of not less than 3 meters;
(5) Normal liver function, no mental illness, nervous system diseases, infectious diseases, slow sense of smell, stuttering, body odor, abnormal gait, hunchback and other problems.
7. According to the teaching plan, learning requirements and future development needs of nursing (undergraduate) and nursing (junior college) majors, the following requirements are put forward for candidates applying for this major:
(1) Be physically and mentally healthy and love medical and health undertakings;
(2) The height of girls is not less than 160 cm, and that of boys is not less than 170 cm, with symmetrical posture and coordinated movements;
(3) Normal facial features, no obvious scars, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus, vitiligo, etc. When wearing summer clothes, the face and body are exposed, and there are no tattoos;
(4) No strabismus, amblyopia, color blindness or color weakness, binocular corrected vision of not less than 4.8, and the degree of corrected vision lens of not more than 800 degrees;
(5) normal hearing, binaural hearing range of not less than 3 meters;
(6) Normal liver function, no mental illness, nervous system diseases, infectious diseases, etc. There are no problems such as dull sense of smell, stuttering, body odor, abnormal gait and hunchback. ;
(7) Considering the particularity of medical and health services, the school clearly stated that candidates with trunk or limb disabilities are not encouraged to apply for nursing majors, otherwise they will not be able to complete their studies.
8. According to the teaching plan, learning requirements and future development needs of aviation service art and management (undergraduate) major, the following requirements are put forward for candidates applying for this major:
(1) Physical and mental health;
(2) The height of girls should be between 160cm- 175cm, and that of boys should be between 173cm- 185cm;
(3) Normal facial features, good complexion, no body odor, no obvious scars, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus, vitiligo, tattoos, etc. Wear summer clothes on the face and exposed parts of the body;
(4) The body is symmetrical, with no obvious "O" or "X" legs, no obvious splayed steps inside and outside, and no joint diseases or deformities;
(5) Clear speech and no speech dysfunction;
(6) no strabismus, no color blindness and weak color, and the corrected visual acuity of both eyes is not less than 0.7 (basically equivalent to "E-table" above 4.8);
(7) Normal liver function, without any mental illness, nervous system disease or infectious disease;
(8) The admission medical examination standard shall conform to the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures for Medical Examination Certificates of Civil Aviation Personnel issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. After graduation, the actual employment needs to be assessed according to the relevant provisions of the Management of Civil Aviation Personnel's Physical Examination Certificate, and cabin attendants should obtain and hold a class Ⅳ A physical examination certificate. The aviation safety officer shall obtain and hold a medical certificate of Grade Ⅳ B.. Please refer to the Civil Aviation Administration for relevant medical examination standards.
9. Art majors do not recruit color-blind candidates.
Fifteenth admission of previous students and fresh students alike; Except for dance performances (sports dance, education), there is no restriction on the proportion of male and female students.
Sixteenth entrance examination standards in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Entrance Examination for Colleges and Universities" and other relevant provisions. Students of various majors will be transferred to other similar majors if they find that they do not meet the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment and Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities and the requirements of Article 14.
Seventeenth provinces have other special requirements in the admission, according to the provisions of the province's enrollment. The above admission principles are subject to the implementation of the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the provinces. The total score of the cultural courses accepted includes the policy points that meet the requirements of the provincial recruitment office. If the policy is adjusted, it shall be implemented according to the new regulations.
Chapter five? Fees and incentive loans
Article 18? According to the national regulations and the actual situation of each major, the charging standards of each major in our school in 2022 are as follows:
1. Tuition fees for undergraduate art majors: 29,800 yuan per academic year for art majors and calligraphy majors except animation (Japanese international courses), and 35,800 yuan per academic year for art majors such as animation (Japanese international courses).
2. Undergraduate general professional tuition: 43,800 yuan/academic year for international courses and 28,800-32,800 yuan/academic year for other general majors.
3. Tuition fee for higher vocational (junior college) majors: 14900- 16900 yuan/student per academic year.
4. Accommodation standard: 3,000-4,000 yuan per person per academic year according to accommodation conditions.
Article 19 Scholarships: Students in our school enjoy national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and national grants according to regulations. Chapter six? supplementary terms
Twenty-second freshmen hold the admission notice to go to the school to go through the admission formalities within the time limit stipulated by the school. If they fail to report after the time limit without the written consent of our school, they will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. Please refer to the registration instructions for freshmen in our school for specific registration requirements.
Twenty-third candidates should fill in their volunteers in good faith. Those who do not meet the professional requirements for admission, or who practise fraud or violate the rules and regulations during the admission process will be disqualified according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, and reported to the relevant departments for the record. Graduation certificates and degree certificates found after graduation will be cancelled.
Article 24? When the actual number of students enrolled in each major is less than 20, classes will not be started in principle, and the freshmen admitted can be transferred to other majors according to the actual situation of the school.
Twenty-fifth schools according to the actual situation, take online, offline and other forms to carry out education and teaching activities. Schools provide students with paper or electronic textbooks.
