How to write official script herringbone?

The herringbone writing of official script is a stroke.

Lishu, also called Han Li, is a solemn font commonly used in Chinese characters. Its writing effect is slightly wide and flat, the horizontal painting is long and straight, and it is rectangular, and it pays attention to "swallow tail of silkworm head" and "twists and turns". The basic characteristics of Li Shu's brushwork are square folding, contraction in the middle palace, indulgence, bending and square flat shape.

According to the unearthed bamboo slips, official script originated in Qin Dynasty, and Cheng Miao was also called official script. Han Li reached its peak in the Eastern Han Dynasty, inherited the tradition of seal script, and opened the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, which had a great influence on later calligraphy. As can be seen from most mature Han steles, the shape of official script is mostly rectangular, and the waves move in Chen Fei and divide backward, forming a typical official script feature.

2. The horizontal and vertical strokes are symmetrical.

Compared with regular script, official script is more horizontal and vertical. Although the styles of Han steles are diverse, almost all of them have this feature, but the smoothness of their appearance and the symmetry of strokes are also relative, and people often deliberately handle them unsteadily.

3, tight inside and loose outside are naturally dense

Lishu often highlights the main strokes of characters, and some characters' strokes in some Han steles are even exaggerated, such as the horizontal painting of the word Shen in Shenque stele and the vertical painting of the word "destiny" and "courage" in Shimen ode.
