Should children under 7 learn to write hard pen calligraphy or soft pen calligraphy first?

According to the development needs of 7-year-old children, it is suggested to learn hard pen calligraphy first for the following reasons:

1. At this time, the child is writing for a long time, and hard pen calligraphy is more conducive to the child's usual writing.

2. Hard pen calligraphy is not as good as soft pen calligraphy in mastering children's wrists.

3. Practice hard-pen calligraphy first, and have a deeper understanding of the strokes of the text structure, which is more helpful for learning soft-pen calligraphy in the future.

In addition, hard pen calligraphy is more convenient for parents of children of this age.

Generally speaking, hard-pen calligraphy is the basis of writing, and we all begin to teach it. Hard-pen calligraphy includes pencil characters and pen characters, while soft-pen calligraphy is just brush calligraphy.

Hard pen calligraphy is well written, and brush calligraphy can be well written. Hard pen calligraphy is only the foundation, and soft pen calligraphy increases the difficulty on the basis. Because the tip of a brush is soft, it is much more difficult to write than a hard pen, so it is suggested to write coins first and soft pens.

Generally, the best time for hard pen calligraphy is 4- 1 1 year old, and the best time for soft pen calligraphy is to practice after hard pen has a certain foundation.

In the past, private schools all started with brush calligraphy, which is one of the essences of traditional culture. However, both of them are in contact, and the primary school students' wrist strength is not enough, so the writing brush may be difficult. But this kind of thing, the writing brush, requires very high font structure. Generally speaking, people who write well in brush strokes are not bad at hard pens, and vice versa. It is also good for hard pens to let children get in touch with brush strokes and learn the changes in font structure.

This is my own experience, the pen is ok, but the brush is far from it, or because the strength and word structure are not well grasped.
