What is the level of master's degree in calligraphy in the First Normal University?

There are more than 50 graduate students graduated from the Bookstore of the First Normal University every year, and the number is very large. Some of them are really tall, but others are average, and they can't even write well. Presumably, no matter which institution, there will be the phenomenon of this school. But I think it is unreasonable to measure a graduate student majoring in calligraphy only from the technical level. After all, it is graduate education. If it is still limited to skills, it deviates from the direction of postgraduate education.

The theoretical level of the graduate students of the Normal University's calligraphy court is really not comparable to that of other calligraphy colleges, even the so-called 2 1 1, 985 colleges.
