Professor Wu Weishan, Dean, is currently a member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, honorary doctor of inje university, member of the Royal Sculptors Association (FRBS), member of the British Portrait Sculptors Association, director of the National Urban Sculpture Construction Steering Committee, and professor of culture at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He was awarded the honorary titles of "Outstanding Artist of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology" and "Outstanding Scholar of Chinese University of Hong Kong Gong". In 2006, he was named one of the top ten cultural celebrities in the first Nanjing. Nanjing Museum has a permanent "Sculpture Hall of Wu Weishan Cultural Celebrities". Macau Polytechnic Institute has "Sculpture Studio of Professor Wu Weishan". In 2007, Wu Weishan Sculpture Park was built in Busan. The National Gallery has a collection of eight sculptures by Wu Weishan.
