2. Sun Jing of the Han Dynasty was diligent and studious. He got up early every morning and studied until late at night. Because of fatigue and drowsiness, I often doze off unconsciously. He hung one end of the rope on the roof beam and tied his hair at the other end. In this way, when you take a nap, your scalp will be hurt. Later, he finally became a master of Confucianism.
During the Warring States Period, Su Qin became angry and taught himself because his family ignored him because he failed in lobbying Qin. Whenever I doze off, I stab my thigh (thigh) with an awl until I bleed profusely. Later he
became a famous scholar.
Later generations combined the deeds of the two men and described them as "hanging the beam and stabbing the stock" to study hard.
3. Sun Kang was born in Jingzhao (now Luoyang, Henan Province) in the Jin Dynasty, and he was the official of the Imperial Court.
Sun Kang loved studying when he was young, and often felt that time was not enough. He wants to study day and night, but his family is poor and has no money to buy lamp oil. When it gets dark, there is no way to study. Especially in
winter, the night is long, and he sometimes turns around for a long time, making it difficult to sleep. There is really no choice but to read more books during the day and sleep in bed at night.
one night, when he woke up, he suddenly found some white light coming through the window. When I opened the door, I saw a heavy snow. The roof is white, the ground is white, and the trees are white. The whole place was covered with a layer of silver, shining and dazzling. He was standing in the yard enjoying the beautiful scenery after the snow covered in white, and suddenly his heart moved: Can you study with the snow shining? He hurried back to the house, took out his book and looked at the reflection in the snow. Sure enough, the handwriting was clear, much brighter than a dim little oil lamp!
From then on, Sun Kang no longer worried about the lack of lamp oil. Throughout the winter, he studied day and night, not afraid of the cold, nor tired, and often read until the cock crowed. Even when the north wind cries,
dripping water turns into ice, he never stops studying. Everything comes to him who waits, Sun Kang strives for progress and makes great achievements in learning, and finally becomes a very prestigious scholar.
4. Longwei was built in Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty for fifteen years, with a history of more than 4 years. Its founder was Huang Shichen.
Huang Shichen is a native of Chigang, Sulong Town. My family was poor and fond of learning. When I was a teenager, I raised ducks for a living. During the period of putting ducks in the field, I often kept my hands on my books, while putting ducks and reading.
due to his diligence and studiousness, he was admitted to the "year-old tribute" in the thirty-fifth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty and was appointed as the county magistrate of Wuyuan County in the south of the Yangtze River. Because of his remarkable achievements, the later ministers were successively promoted to Zhi < P > County in Yimen County, Yunnan Province, Zhuan in Kunyang Prefecture, and Zhizhou in Tongan Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
5. When Li Bai was a child, he was very playful and often played truant. Once, he ran out of the school and went to the river to play. He saw an old woman grinding an iron bar on a stone. Li Bai was very surprised, so he asked the old woman what she was doing grinding an iron bar. The old woman said, "I am grinding the needle." Li Bai asked again, "When can such a thick iron bar be ground into a needle?" The old woman said, "As long as you have perseverance, < P > iron bars can be ground into needles." Li Bai was ashamed after hearing it, and studied hard from then on, and finally became a great poet.
