Second, although the internal and external environment of China's development has undergone profound and complicated changes, China is still in a period of growth and rising, and the endogenous driving force for development is still strong, and the historical process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is unstoppable. In particular, the fundamentals of China's economic stability and long-term improvement have not changed. The basic characteristics of China, such as great economic potential, good resilience, full vitality, large room for maneuver and many policy tools, have not changed. The advantages and conditions for China's development have not changed. We need to strengthen our confidence, maintain our strategic strength, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern with domestic big cycles as the main body and domestic and international double cycles promoting each other, and better promote high-quality economic development and all-round social progress.
