Huo Chunyang, male, 1946, from Qingyuan, Hebei. 1969 graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. At present, he is the director and professor of Chinese painting department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, member of China Artists Association, member of China Calligraphers Association, executive director of Tianjin Branch of China Artists Association, master tutor, and curator of Tianjin Literature and History Museum.
