Architectural Layout of Zhuge Liang Temple in Wuzhangyuan

Zhuge Liang Temple was built on the northern edge of the tableland, facing the Weihe River, symbolizing Zhuge Liang's lifelong yearning for the Northern Expedition and the pursuit of national unity. The temple gate is magnificent, and there is a vertical plaque above the gate, which reads "Zhuge Liang Temple in Zhangwuyuan". There are Yueying Hall, Bagua Array and Calligraphy Exhibition Room in the East Courtyard. Yue Ying is Zhuge Liang's wife, nicknamed Ah Chou. In the east-west direction of Yue Ying Temple, there is an image of Yue, like the two sons of Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying standing in front. Legend has it that Yue Ying is ugly, but it is not. Yue Ying is not only beautiful but also talented, which is of great help to Zhuge Liang's career support, especially in the study of gossip. To the north of Yueyingtang is the Eight Diagrams Array. If you are not familiar with it, it is difficult to turn it out after going in. There are valves and dead doors inside, and you can come out along the valves. Go with the tourists in front and come out soon. On the north side of the Eight Diagrams Array is the calligraphy exhibition room. There are modern calligraphy works on display. The West Campus is the exhibition room and the residence of the staff. The exhibition room shows Zhuge Liang's life.
