The way to live in the present.

My coach Ceng Laoshi and I agree that the theme of this week is to explore how to live in the present.

I have talked to her seven or eight times so far. I found that my card point can't be quiet with myself, and I always have a lot of anxiety in my heart. This feeling is like being tied by a thick chain, choking and unable to move, which makes me unable to calm down and do things.

The way I used to stay in the present was just that my mind gave instructions and said, "Please be quiet and focus on the present." You can be silent for a while, but there will definitely be a bigger rebound afterwards.

Living in the present is not the homework of the mind, but the homework of the body. One way is not enough. There must be many ways. Maybe my karma is too deep. I listed these methods that I tried. Maybe everyone has a different way, but these are the methods that I have explored that are effective for me.

The first category: clean sentences

This is a way to repeat some positive sentences instead of beliefs.

1. Tian Wen

This is a method taught by a friend of mine who is telepathic. These are three questions. 1 Ask me why I feel this way now, ask me what I can do now to make myself feel better, ask me what I can do in the future to make myself feel better, and finally make a wish and commitment. I am willing to release all relevant beliefs and make myself better.

You don't need to know the answer, just ask questions. I usually do it in the morning. Questions are more important than answers, and answers will automatically emerge.

I usually do JIU before walking, riding, lunch break and meditation.

2. Zero limit

This is an ancient wisdom from Hawaii, that is, four sentences: "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive, thank you." The advantage of these four sentences is that they are simple and do not require brain thinking. I usually take a deep breath and say these four sentences. If I am doing other things, I can just say "I love you", which is very convenient for me.

Read the bible

I'm reading the Heart Sutra now, and I usually follow the audio when I walk. I can't recite it now, because the scripture seems to be understood but not fully understood, which will stop my thinking from running at high speed.

Practice in front of the mirror

This is a simple method popularized by Louis Hay, an American spiritual master, which is to say self-affirmation in the mirror. I am very, I usually say to myself when I look in the mirror now, "You are beautiful, you are beautiful, you can do it." Even if your mind says all this is false, you still regard it as a task. The mirror is very powerful, and you can change your state through the positive energy reflected by the mirror.

5. I am enough.

This English sentence means: "I am worth it." This is the method recommended by a British psychological counselor I read online. She used this sentence to cure many people's anxiety.

The second category: physical feelings

The feeling of the body is not a lie, it is always true in the present. This is a very direct way to directly return to the feeling of the body.

1. Lace

This is the most effective method for me. I can stretch my muscles by breathing before going to bed. I feel that there are many karma stored in my body, which makes my body stiff. When I take a deep breath and pull my body away, I feel relaxed both physically and mentally. My sleep will be better and my dreams will be particularly wonderful. I'll meet many people I'm not familiar with, but I seem to have something to do with them, but I'm not sure. Maybe it really happened in my last life. When I woke up, I couldn't remember. After relaxing, many subconscious memories will come out. Every time I finish lacing, I will feel much more relaxed the next day, and some restrictive ideas and patterned behaviors will be alleviated.

Step 2 approach

This was recommended to me by my friend. Now you have studied the elementary course. I think it's a bit like acupuncture points in Chinese medicine. Acupoints are energy and charge pulses between some nodes of human body. Lever is just some acupuncture points on the human head, which can communicate with cosmic energy, such as wealth, strength, sex, money and so on. After opening these channels, I can absorb the power of heaven. I'm just beginning to learn now, and I'm looking forward to its effect.

Access also has a lot of clean sentences, also called magic sentences, such as "Everything in my life is easy and full of glory" and "What is better than this?" Wait, I'm using it, too.

Watch your breath.

I will deliberately slow down my breathing. There is a gap of a few seconds between breathing and breathing, which actually makes my body adapt to the anaerobic state, because stress will make people feel physiologically anoxic, but if my body adapts to the anaerobic state, it will not feel so scared under pressure.

In addition, abdominal deep breathing, abdominal ups and downs such as waves, is also a good way to massage the stomach.

meditate

I can't move when I meditate. I feel numb and have an impulse to do something. Stay with these uncomfortable feelings and train yourself to bear anxiety. A teacher once said, "Let go of the idea of trying to make yourself feel comfortable." We are all pursuing happiness and avoiding pain. At the same time, I also like to listen to some thoughts and feelings that come out during meditation. Some inspiration and inspiration come from meditation.

The third category: flow state

In the process of doing things, I entered a state of selflessness.

1. Storage and classification

The environment in which we live, work and live is the projection of our inner state. I never liked sorting, but now I force myself to do it well. I feel very upset when I face those messy things, so I want to adjust my state and face it later, but now I have decided to take it step by step.

Recently, I cleaned the floor. I no longer put so many things on the floor, cleaned many boxes and made the bed every day. I immediately threw away everything I received that I couldn't use immediately, such as buying a cup, buying a writing brush and giving me a piece of paper that I can write with water. It's much easier to lose all these little things.

Step 2 copy warm language

I like excerpts very much. I used to copy some beautiful sentences, then some inspirational sentences, and now I copy some sentences that calm myself down. I usually go to Weibo to look for them, such as Sydney, such as Cecilia Han, Zhang Defen and so on. Many languages are simple and powerful, such as "strictly guard against death", "become an insider" and "get out of the plot and live in the real world".

The fourth category: cultural activities

Culture can nourish people. As a China person, inheriting culture is not only a responsibility, but also an endless internal force.

1. Practice writing

I recently signed up for a calligraphy course. Practicing calligraphy is a way that requires a lot of investment, that is, cultivating the mind and nourishing the nature. Your mood can be reflected in every painting. My teacher told me that calligraphy is a dance without music and music without music score, which makes me feel wonderful. It is a pleasure to watch him write. It's also a pleasure to watch yourself make a little progress when you just start practicing.

tea

I never knew that drinking tea had so many wonderful feelings. When I was in the teahouse, I was completely at ease now, because I had to be quiet. I have to do every movement carefully, smell the tea, look at its soup color, taste the taste level of every bubble, and finally smell the bottom of the cup and write down my feelings, so that you have no time to think about anything else.

My body feeling hasn't started yet. I can't feel the taste described by many students. There is not much difference in taste unless the difference is particularly obvious. When I heard them describe tea, I thought those words were really wonderful: stretch, mellow, full of fragrance, overbearing, and the smell in the air after rain, really comfortable, very comfortable.

Everyone lives in the present in a different way. Some people can get into the present state by dancing, reading, writing and running. They must explore their own way, which is their own truth.
