Huang Yan, born in April 1928, is from Wenchang, Hainan. He graduated from the first class of Qiong Normal University and Wen Middle School, and graduated from the first phase of East China Taxation School. In 1957, he went to Beijing to take charge of the layout design of the National Tobacco and Liquor Exhibition. , received good reviews. He settled in Hong Kong in 1980 and served as the Chinese secretary of Hong Kong's "Tian Tian Daily". Founded Tiantian Calligraphy Advertising Company. He has written countless signature books for Hong Kong citizens and factories and enterprises run by overseas Chinese around the world. For example, he has written many signature books for the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to present to outstanding cooperative units in various continents, and they are all regarded as precious gifts. It is the largest floating dock in Southeast Asia - Standing tall in Sham Tseng, Hong Kong, the Youlian No. 3 floating dock stands out among its peers. It has the largest combination of ink characters in Hong Kong. Won the first Patriotic Cup Calligraphy Competition in 1987, and his works have been exhibited in the Hong Kong City Hall and the Art Museum.
