Where is Zhanshan Temple in Qingdao?

Zhanshan Temple is located at No.2 Zhiquan Road, Shinan District, Qingdao.

Zhanshan Temple, founded in 1932, located in Shinan District of Qingdao, is a relatively young Tiantai Sect Dojo in China. The total area of the temple is about 5248.764 square meters. There are Daxiong Hall, Three Temples, King Hall and Guest House in the temple. There are Buddhist scriptures, old Buddhist scriptures and ancient Buddha statues behind the temple, and there are 144 houses.

There is an octagonal seven-level brick tower on the east hill behind Piluge Temple. The temple faces the Yellow Sea in the south, with Fushan Mountain, Zhanshan Mountain and Taiping Mountain in the east, west and north respectively. One of the "Ten Scenes of Qingdao", "Zhanshan Qingfan", refers to Zhanshan Temple.

It is a temple for monks to recite scriptures, worship and attend Dharma meetings in the morning and evening. The courtyard of the main hall is wide, with pine trees standing and stone slabs paving the way. There are 16 statues of Sakyamuni Buddha, Manjusri Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra in the main hall, Guanyin Island behind the hall, Sanxian Hall in the west and Shi Tingping in front of the hall.

There are Amitabha Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Megatrend Bodhisattva, and later Earth Treasure Bodhisattva. On both sides of the temple, there are merit halls. In front of the temple, there is a horizontal plaque "Heritage of Hai Yin". Gong Deqing, a famous monk in the Ming Dynasty, once built Haiyin Temple next to Naluoyan Cave in Laoshan Mountain. Later, Hanshan was falsely named Shaozhou, Guangdong, and Haiyin Temple was destroyed. Buddhism has disappeared since then.

Three hundred years later, the layman donated money, and Master Xu Xian preached the construction of Zhanshan Temple. The experimenter also called Xu Xian Hanshan to hang the gold plaque of "the legacy of Hai Yin" in front of the three temples.

2. The Buddhist Scripture Building

There are seven Tibetan Classics in the Tibetan Classics Building of Zhanshan Temple, which integrates a series of books. Seven Tibetan Classics: photocopying Song Dynasty's Sand Tibetan, original set ***59 1 seal, 6362 volumes, 1532 volumes, photocopying fashion order 59 1 volume; Long Zang in Qing Dynasty, Letter 7 18, Volume 7 168, Department 1662. Originally numbered with thousands of words, it began in Japan and ended in the machine. It should be 724 letters, and 6 letters were removed during the Qianlong period.

It was given by Zhou Zhifu, Zhijun Zhou and Zhou Shujia; Bai Na Zang, also known as Zazang, was presented by Zhou Zhifu, Zhijun Zhou and Zhou Shujia. Photocopying Japanese characters "Continued Tibetan", 1942 Master Xu brought Qingdao from Beijing; It is easy for the master to buy this book from Jinan. Zheng Da Rookie Collection (Full Collection) was presented by Zhou Zhifu, Zhijun Zhou and Zhou Shujia. Only half of Dazheng Tibetan has obvious collections but lacks secret collections.
