When Ye Lao was in office, he worked as a railway bus escort in the mail room of Shanghai Post Office. After work, he loves calligraphy and seal cutting. In 27 years of the Republic of China (1938), he studied under Mr. Deng Sanmu at the age of 26.
In the national post and telecommunications system, it enjoys the reputation of "keeping a knife for any pen" (any pen-any government). 198 1 The eight giant seals of Mr. Ye were selected for the national exhibition of fine arts, photography and calligraphy works of post and telecommunications workers and won the first prize.
In addition to going out often, Ye Lao also strives to inherit and carry forward national culture and actively promote pine art. 1987, Deng Sanmu Art Research Association was established and served as its president. In order to better promote Deng Sanmu and seal cutting, the internal publication "Scattered Forest" was published. Disciples should have, but they are rarely famous.
