Who owns the copyright of ghostwriting works has always been a controversial issue. Recently, the Supreme People's Court made a judicial interpretation of this, which came into effect from June 65438+1October 65438+May 2002.

Explain the rules:

(1) The copyright of reports, speeches and other works written by others, reviewed and finalized by myself and published in my name belongs to the reporter or speaker. The copyright owner may pay an appropriate remuneration to the author.

(two) the parties agreed to complete an autobiographical work with a specific theme of characters experience, and if the parties have an agreement on the ownership of copyright, such agreement shall prevail; If there is no agreement, the copyright belongs to a specific person, and if the author or organizer has made efforts to complete the work, the copyright owner may pay him appropriate remuneration. Therefore, I would like to remind you that if you are writing for others in the future, but you don't want to lose your copyright, you should pay attention to signing an agreement with the other party to clarify the ownership of copyright.

Ghostwriting, also called ghostwriting, as the name implies, is to write things instead of others. There are records of writing ghost letters in ancient China. It is said that some imperial edicts of ancient emperors were written by ministers. In the second year of Zheng De, Yang Tinghe officially entered the cabinet, helping the emperor who played around all day to write official documents. He wrote most of the imperial edicts at that time. There are generally two kinds of ancient imperial edicts: those that begin with "Zhao Yue", written by the emperor orally, and those that begin with "Zhi Yue", written by the emperor himself.
