Brief introduction of Yuelu Mountain

Yuelu Mountain is named after the biography of Nanyue in Liu and Song Dynasties in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. "It is 800 miles around Nanyue, headed by geese, and Yuelu Mountain is enough." Aiwan Pavilion was founded in the 57th year of Qing Qianlong (1792), and was founded by Luo Dian, president of Yuelu Academy. It is one of the four famous pavilions. Aiwan Pavilion was originally named Hongye Pavilion, also known as Aifeng Pavilion. Lushan temple

Gulushan Temple was built in the fourth year of Taishi in the Western Jin Dynasty (268). Yunlugong

Yunlu Palace was built in the 14th year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (1478). Before that, it was said that a scholar named Huang Guanyu longed to live in seclusion in this famous summer resort, but there was no literature to study. This palace was built by King Ji Jian in Changsha in the Ming Dynasty. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Sun Fu, the magistrate of Changsha, and Li, the Taoist priest, presided over the renovation, and the pattern of Taoist temples became more perfect, surrounded by pine trees, cypresses and tung trees, making the scenery of the summit more beautiful.

In the sixth year of the Qing Dynasty (1572), the alchemists Jin Shoufen and Wang Shoude came here to preside over Taoist affairs, and Temple Yuan visited, and Jin Daochang invited Zhang Dianyuan back to the temple. At that time, Taoists "sought Taoism" and turned to materials, and asked workers to build three halls on the original site. In front of the Emperor Hall, there was Xuanwu Ancestral Hall, and in the back, there was Sanqing Hall. The hatchback was the Taoist Temple, and there were stone pillars and iron tiles in the hall. Gu Xiang mt

Gu Xiang's nickname is Buxuling. According to the newly-built Yuelu Academy, it is because "stepping (pedaling) can be heard in the air". Gu Xiang Mountain, with its high terrain, rugged rocks and unique scenery, has been valued by Buddhism and Taoism in past dynasties. Buddhism built the Fahua Pagoda here, which was later destroyed. Now there is a stone pavilion for tourists to rest. The pavilion is made of granite, and its six hypotenuses make it square and bright. The stone next to the pavilion is engraved with the words "Gu Xiang Mountain" inscribed by Zhou, and another stone is engraved with the words "Watching Maple Terrace".

Juzhou cultural park

Juzizhou Cultural Park covers an area of about 60 mu, and the plants are mainly orange trees, which is the largest orange garden in the city. There are about 27 species in citrus reticulata, including Miyagawa, Xingjin, Dafan No.1, Nanfeng Chrysanthemum, Nanfeng Tangju, Egyptian Great Wall, Snow Orange, Sweet Orange, Yang Jiao Pomelo, Gong Xi Honey Pomelo and so on, with a number of more than 600 plants. Hunan Folk House Museum is located in the bamboo garden, next to Orange Island Cultural Park. The museum will display furniture, fishing gear, farm tools and calligraphy and painting of Huxiang cultural elements, which are representatives of Hunan folk houses since Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Zhuzhangdu

Zhu, located in Meiyuan in the north, is the former site of Zhu's lectures in history. During the Southern Song Dynasty, the master of Neo-Confucianism Zhu made a special trip from Fujian to Tanzhou (Changsha) to visit Zhang Wei, and the famous "Zhu lectured" began. Yuelu Mountain is separated from Chengnan Academy by a river, and often travels to and from both sides of Xiangjiang River, hence the name "Zhu".
