The Master of Furong Mountain Stays in the Snow

At dusk, the mountains are far away, the weather is cold and the white house is poor.
Chaimen hears dogs barking, and people return home on a snowy night.
Translation: When dusk falls and the mountains look vast, I feel that the journey is far away, and the thatched house looks even poorer in the cold weather. Suddenly there was the sound of dogs barking outside Chaimen, and the family members who had returned home on a snowy night were back.

The main idea of ??the poem is a picture of returning home on a snowy night. The first two sentences describe what the poet saw and felt when he stayed in a mountain village. In the first sentence, "Rimu" indicates the time: evening. "The Cangshan Mountain is far away" is what the poet saw during the wind and snow. The green mountains are distant and misty, implying the hardship of the trek and the eagerness to stay overnight.
The next sentence "The weather is cold, the white house is poor" points out the place to stay. "It's cold and the white house is poor": The owner's simple thatched hut looks even more poor in the cold winter. The three words "cold", "white" and "poor" set off each other, exaggerating the atmosphere of poverty and innocence, and also reflecting the poet's unique feelings.
The last two sentences describe the scene after the poet took refuge in his host's house. "Chai Men heard a dog barking." The poet entered the hut and settled down for bed when he suddenly heard barking from the couch. "Returning on a snowy night", the poet guessed that it was probably the owner of Furong Mountain who returned wearing a snowy cloak.
