My first tea art class

Firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, tea, music, chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry, wine and tea. Tea culture runs through the entire traditional culture, and I only have a superficial understanding of it.

I experienced the first tea art class at Taihe Hall yesterday and benefited a lot. (I’m late for the first class. I’d like to apologize to the teacher and classmates first. I’m sorry.)

At first, I didn’t like drinking tea. My feeling about tea is “bitter”. I only like to drink boiled water, and my friend especially likes to drink tea. Every time I hear her talk about tea, I can see the light in her eyes. Slowly, I started to get into contact with tea. From then on, the tea door was as deep as the sea~~

In the tea art class, Teacher Luo demonstrated the process and action essentials of brewing green tea. After class, he also guided us to brew tea. What impressed me most was to use your mind to turn the water in the cup instead of turning the cup. At that moment, there were no distracting thoughts in the mind, and it was as calm as water. Because the mind is calm, a cup of hot tea can also give people a cool taste.

This summer we gather together in Taihe Hall to practice together and meet a better version of ourselves!
