According to epidemiological investigation and virus tracing, through comparative analysis, it was found that the virus sequence of this patient was highly homologous to the virus strain prevalent in Hong Kong from July to August, with the homology of 99.9%. The results of gene tracing and epidemiological investigation show that the virus in this epidemic is probably imported from Hong Kong.
