The factory is polluted, and this post is harmful to people's health.
The harmful factors in the production environment mainly include high temperature and thermal radiation. In summer, the temperature of sintering machine is about 40℃, the temperature of blast furnace taphole and slag nozzle is 40-60℃, and the radiation intensity reaches (12.55-25.10j/cm2 min), and the highest radiation intensity can reach 30J/cm2·min.
Due to continuous production and heavy physical labor, the influence of high temperature and thermal radiation on human body is more obvious. Sinter produces a lot of dust in the process of batching, blanking, tailing, screening and thermal return. Blast furnace raw materials are transported under the ditch, and a lot of smoke and dust are produced when charging, tapping and slagging the blast furnace. Sintering waste gas contains harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides.
In the process of ironmaking, carbon monoxide may be exposed due to pipeline leakage or other accidents. When the ore contains fluorine and manganese, it will produce the harm of manganese dust, manganese smoke and fluorine smoke.
In addition, there are noise hazards in sintering exhaust fan, burner, screening, ironmaking hot blast stove, tapping and slag tapping. Blast furnace trench paving materials are harmful to asphalt.
Dust operation should be arranged on the downwind side of the perennial wind direction, and the design of the new factory building should be able to clean the ground with water. Ventilation and dust removal system or electrostatic precipitator should be installed at the head and tail of sintering machine. Dust removal ash is transported by water seal wet training.
Workers often stay in the place, and they can supply air to their posts in summer, and the lounge is equipped with air conditioning to cool down. Be sure to maintain the gas pipeline. Pay attention to the determination of carbon monoxide during maintenance.
Wear a gas mask when working in a place with high gas concentration, and it is stipulated that there should be a mutual protection pair to accompany you. Large iron and steel enterprises can set up gas poisoning rescue stations.
Workers should master the knowledge of self-help and mutual aid to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
The mixed gas formed by carbon monoxide and air is in danger of explosion, and it is forbidden to contact with open flames; It is forbidden to heat the pipeline to the ignition temperature of carbon monoxide (650℃); When transporting gas to the gas pipeline, it must be purged with steam to remove the gas in the pipeline.
Dust-proof measures should be taken in workplaces such as belt transportation and blast furnace charging that may produce dust.
If conditions permit, closed dust removal can be carried out in the blast furnace tapping yard and slag tapping yard.
Blast furnace workers should wear flame-retardant protective clothing to prevent burns, dust masks and protective glasses should be worn at the tail of sintering machine and in front of the furnace, and attention should be paid to preventing harmful gases and noise.
