New Year's Poems Written by Gan Long

As a treasure of China culture, our ancient poems and songs are quite impressive. Behind these poems and songs, the poet is silently watering the poetry culture. Among them, we are most familiar with big names such as Li Bai and Du Fu. However, at the same time, many people enjoy writing poems and enjoy dancing and writing in their spare time.

Emperor Qianlong was such a lover of poetry. No matter when eating, staring blankly or enjoying flowers, whenever he is free, he will recite poems. According to statistics, Emperor Qianlong wrote more than 40,000 poems in his life. What concept? -add up to more than the whole Tang poetry collected now. However, after all, it is famous for its quantity, and it is really awkward in terms of quality, because none of it can be taken out for people to appreciate.

However, there was an illiterate emperor in history, and the two poems he recited were always praised. The emperor is Liu Bang.

Born in 256 BC, Liu Bang was an uneducated man when he was young, so most people thought he was just a punk. However, after middle age, he began his legendary life. Later, he became the first emperor of the Han Dynasty, which had a great influence on the whole history of China.

In BC 196, he improvised the Song of the Big Wind, which is what we are familiar with: "The wind rises in the clouds, Vega returns to her hometown in the sea, and brave soldiers guard everywhere." At that time, Liu Bang, he went to war and won. He was happy for a while and showed his "talent" at the celebration dinner. However, this talent is really hard to get. Although there seems to be no clever technique, the momentum revealed between the lines is enough to shock people. It seems that looking at these short 23 words, we can see Liu Bang's fighting momentum and lofty sentiments on the battlefield.

In 202 AD, Liu Bang wrote his second poem, Song of the Swan.

That year, shortly after Liu Banggang proclaimed himself emperor, he challenged the establishment of a prince. Liu likes to spoil Mrs Qi's son, so he wants to release Liu Ruyi's Prince Li Jue, but Lv Hou naturally disagrees. Therefore, under the opposition of the court ministers, Liu Bang was embarrassed.

Finally, in desperation, he gave up making Liu Ruyi a prince, and Liu Bang's prayers to his wife can only be a comfort: Dance for me, and I will be like a song. Later, on this basis, the Song of Yu Hong was born (pictured).

Although this poem has only 32 words, it describes Liu Bang's complicated psychology at that time. The poem depicts the swan flying into the sky after bulging its wings, and the scene is extremely magnificent. Although it is a magnificent scenery, it implicitly expresses the helplessness of acrobatics to the prince. So this poem is still very level, and there is no illiteracy between the lines.

Therefore, according to these two poems, the world has always called Liu Bang the "illiterate emperor" after Suho, but in fact Liu Bang doesn't seem to be really illiterate, although he doesn't have much culture. However, since he can become the king of a country, it shows that he still has certain strength, but he has a specialization in the art, and he has no special emphasis on reading and writing poems.
