Why is Taiwanese (Minnan dialect) also called "Heluo dialect" or "Zhongyuan ancient sound"?

During the Jin and Tang Dynasties, many people from the Central Plains took refuge in Fujian, and then many people from southern Fujian went to Taiwan Province Province.

Taiwanese = Minnan = Heluo

Heluo language is the language of the Yellow River, the Yangtze River and the Luohe River a long time ago, so it is Heluo language! Because of the large-scale immigration to the south, the language has gradually become the current Minnan language!
