"Snowflakes Flying" by Nie Er

"Snowflakes Flying" (written in: 934 Cantonese lyrics selected from the first issue of Zhongxin Poetry) (edited by the Chinese Poetry Society led by the Zuo Lian, published in Shanghai on February n, 1933), Nie Er When I wrote this song, I had not yet met the lyricist Liu Qian. In May 1934, EMI recorded the record recorded by Gong Qiuxia. The same. When editing "The Complete Works of Nie Er", I found that the beat, melody and rhythm of the first half of Nie Er's manuscript of this song (now in the Yunnan Provincial Museum) are very different from the published score. The introduction of the piece (with Nie Er as the violin assistant) is exactly the same as the manuscript score. The melody of this score is ups and downs, and the rhythm is lively, which better expresses the sincere emotions and beautiful innocence of a child from a poor family. Therefore, "The Complete Works of Nie Er" selected this previously unpublished score. On May 16, 1934, EMI recorded a record titled "The Song of Breaking Bricks" (singer Nie Er), which actually included. The two songs "Song of Breaking Bricks" and "Song of Driving Piles" are only signed "Nie Er" on the title page, without the name of the lyricist. "Song of Breaking Bricks" is the first song to be sung in the play, so it is arranged in order. First.
