The lyrics of amazing grace were written by John Newton, an American white man who was born in London in 1725. The lyrics are simple, full of confessions of piety and gratitude, and they are also the testimony of his life. John Newton once sold black slaves and did many evils, but later he went to Africa. In a stormy sea, he was saved by God, so he decided to repent thoroughly and devoted his life to spreading the gospel of God, becoming a great preacher in the19th century. Before he died, he wrote an epitaph for himself: "Pastor John Newton was once a man who had committed a crime and didn't believe in God. He used to be a slave in Africa. But through the abundant mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ, he was kept, reconciled with God, forgiven his sins, and was appointed to preach the gospel. " This poem bears witness to his life's salvation.

This touching amazing grace is actually a hymn, which is the version sung by western singers.
A lot. In this audio, the soundtrack of waves and dolphins expresses the awe-inspiring atmosphere of the original song.
Grace originally meant "grace and grace", and here it is interpreted as "God's mercy and grace to mankind".
Amazing grace, what a sweet voice saved a poor man like me.
How sweet is amazing grace? My sins have been forgiven.
I was once lost, but now I have found it. I was blind, but now I see it.
I was lost before, but now I'm blind, and now I can see.
This is the grace to teach me to be afraid, and it is also the grace to relieve my fear.
Such grace awed me and comforted me.
How precious that grace seemed when I first believed it.
How precious it is to be blessed when you first believe.
Through many dangers and traps, I have come.
I have passed many dangerous tests and traps safely.
It is grace that brings me security. Grace will take me home.
Thanks to the grace of the Lord, I am safe and fearless, and I am brought home.
How sweet the name of Jesus sounds in the ears of believers,
Smelling the name of the Lord is like dew.
It soothes his sadness, heals his wounds and drives away his fears.
Comfort my suffering and give me peace.
Must Jesus bear the cross alone and set the world free?
Save the world with your own body
No, everyone has a cross, and so do I.
Give up yourself and follow my Lord.
When we are here for ten thousand years, as bright as the sun,
In the future, the saints will gather for a thousand years.
We spend no less time praising God than we did at the beginning.
Cheer and praise at my father's seat, hoping that day will come soon.
