OCT 1985 was born in Shenzhen, the frontier of reform and opening up. The project is located in the middle of Daojiao City, with a research scope of about 8 square kilometers, reaching Hongqiao Road in the north, the intersection of rice and John Wan in Dongguan in the south, John Wan in the west and Dongguan Waterway in the east. With the goal of building a water town tourism core area in Guangdong Province, a national demonstration area of water town ecological civilization construction and an important window of international tourism culture, we plan to build an "international TOD water town tourism destination" integrating urban entertainment, cultural tourism, artistic experience, scientific and technological creativity, health care and boutique hotels.
3. Xiegang Yin Ping Wetland Park
The total area of the project is about 7. 16 square kilometers, and Licun Old Village and Yinpingshan Forest Park are also planned to be included in the planning scope. Taking advantage of good mountains and water, based on wetland protection and nature conservation, and relying on the experience of OCT wetland development, we will actively explore quality and differentiated development and operation modes, introduce and design hotels, characteristic homestays and other projects, and create agricultural tourism boutique projects and Shenzhen Guanhui city back garden.
4. Tangxia Cultural Tourism Comprehensive Project
The project is located in the north of Tangxia Town, and the research scope of the project is *** 1700 mu. Take advantage of the resource advantages of gathering water in Shannan and the deep friendship between Dongguan and Guangdong, introduce well-known brands of cultural industries such as Bona Studios and Lidun Musical, integrate and upgrade the cultural industry resources of Tangxia, cultivate industrial clusters such as film and television production, musical creation and performance bases in Greater Bay Area, and build an exchange and trading platform for cultural and artistic industries in the Pearl River Delta.
After a series of cultural tourism projects, OCT has now obtained the development of commercial and residential areas through the land auction and auction market.
