Prose Poetry: Hometown Feelings

My hometown is my father's generous back and shoulders.

Work hard and complain,

Take on the burden of family.

Even if it bends with the years,

We should also shelter our children from the wind and rain.

My hometown is my mother's warm embrace.

No regrets,

Open your broad mind.

Even if you are cold and hungry,

I also want to comfort my daughter who is raising children.

My hometown is an old well covered with moss.

Sweet and crisp,

Watering the green vegetable garden.

No matter spring, summer, autumn and winter,

Always singing old songs.

My hometown is the lotus pond in front of my childhood.

Clear water,

I am very happy to see the delicate and charming lotus flowers.

No matter how hot it is in summer,

The partners are playing in the blue waves.

Hometown is the root of continuous blood.

Fireworks on earth,

Endless.

Even if this face is unfamiliar,

Familiar with each other's languages.

My hometown is the distant sky with the bright moon hanging high.

This beautiful bird flies high,

Wanderers travel around the world.

Even though the mountains and water are far away,

You can also shine on your way home.

My hometown is my endless concern.

Although living downtown,

Miss flies farther.

Even if it becomes a fallen leaf,

We must also repay the nourishment of our motherland.
