I left quietly,
When I came softly;
I waved gently,
Say goodbye to the western clouds.
Golden willow by the river,
Is the bride in the sunset;
Shadows in the waves,
Ripple in my heart.
Green grass on the soft mud,
Oily, swaying at the bottom of the water;
In the gentle waves of He Kang River,
I would like to be an aquatic plant!
A pool in the shade of elm trees,
Not a clear spring, but a rainbow in the sky.
Crushed between floating algae,
Precipitate a rainbow-like dream.
Looking for dreams? Take a wormwood,
Back to the greener grass,
Full of stars,
Play songs in a starry place.
But I can't play songs,
Quiet is a farewell flute;
Summer insects are also silent for me,
Silence is Cambridge tonight!
I left quietly,
Just as I came quietly;
I waved my sleeve,
Don't take away a cloud.
This poem was written in 1928 1 1. It is the representative work of Xu Zhimo and the most representative work of Crescent Poetry School.
Cambridge is the seat of the famous Cambridge University in Britain. A few years ago, Xu Zhimo studied here, which was an important turning point in the poet's life. This is a poetic era. He once said with deep affection, "My vision was opened by Cambridge, my thirst for knowledge was stirred by Cambridge, and my self-awareness was given to me by Cambridge."
I like this poem "Farewell to Cambridge" for a long time. When I was just in high school, I silently recited this poem in my mind when I was walking on the road in the morning and on the way back after sunset.
Then, everything will be beautiful because of this poem. Looking at the willows by the roadside, I think of the bride in the sunset; Looking at the clouds in the west, I also want to wave my sleeves; On the starry night, I wonder who will play the farewell flute.
This poem describes the picturesque scenery with the combination of reality and reality, showing the tender feelings like water. It should be said that every sentence and paragraph is perfect, but I still like this one best-silence is the music of parting, and summer insects are silent for me. Silence is Cambridge tonight.

2. Facing the sea, spring blossoms (Haizi)
From tomorrow on, I want to be a happy person;
Comb hair, chop wood and travel around the world.
From tomorrow on, I will care about food and vegetables.
Living in a house facing the sea, spring is blooming.
From tomorrow on, write to everyone I love.
Tell them my happiness,
What did the lightning of happiness tell me,
I will distribute it to each of them.
Give every river and mountain a warm name.
Stranger, I will also wish you happiness.
I wish you a bright future!
May you lovers get married!
May you be happy on earth.
I only want to face the sea and spring blossoms.
This poem was written in 1989 1, only two months after the author Haizi committed suicide. I still can't believe how a person who left us such warm poems chose to say goodbye to the world in such a short time.
Therefore, every time I read this poem, my mood is very complicated. On the one hand, I feel sad for this lonely poet, on the other hand, I am happy for the brightness and warmth revealed by this poem.
I know most poets are idealists. At the end of his life, Haizi felt that the surging material desires around him had a great impact on the pure spiritual world. He didn't want to turn himself into a spiritual emptiness, sleek and secular person, so he wrote this song "Facing the sea, spring blossoms".
This poem depicts a simple life and sincere wishes. Today, when we are busy and upset, reading this poem may give us a moment of peace of mind. Then, we will hope that time will slow down, we will pay attention to the beauty that has been neglected for a long time, we will call friends who have been alienated for a long time, and we will ask ourselves if we are happy.
If there is an opportunity, go to the seaside. Even if you miss the season of spring blossoms, you can still find the mood of spring blossoms.
