Note: This is a post-reading feeling of poetry reading after class.
Rereading Bian's Broken Chapters, I have a new understanding of it. Although it has only four poems, the first two sentences are deeply related to the last two sentences, which is a progressive relationship and a progressive thinking. I thought the fragmented chapters were still going on.
"You stand on the bridge and watch the scenery.
The landscape observer is watching you upstairs. "
You stand on the bridge and watch the scenery. There are people watching you upstairs in the scenery. People who look at you upstairs, you are also a landscape in his eyes. Because there are you in the scenery, and there are people upstairs watching the scenery, this is the real scenery. It is in this "seeing" and "being seen" that everyone becomes a landscape with each other. Because there is a vivid factor of man, the spirit of all things, the landscape has spirituality and life. Each of us is decorating a spiritual landscape for others, and others are decorating a spiritual landscape for us. You bring pleasure to others and others bring pleasure to you. What a harmonious and beautiful world this is! Are we just each other's scenery? Shouldn't we be grateful? With a poetic heart, the poet found this kind of beauty and gratitude in the ordinary world, so he thought further.
"The bright moon decorated your window,
You decorated other people's dreams. "
In the landscape, only people can't do it, and there is nature, and the integration of man and nature is the perfect landscape. The bright moon decorates your window, which is the existence of nature and the magic of creation; It can also be said that it is a natural thing-dedication to the "bright moon" and gratitude to another natural thing-the window. The bright moon makes the window more poetic and beautiful. Shouldn't the window be grateful? The bright moon shines on your window because of gratitude, because the window accepts the bright moon and carries her brilliance. Otherwise, wouldn't her existence lose a beautiful expression? So she was grateful. This is especially true for people. You decorate other people's dreams and show your gratitude and love for others. In the dream, others dreamed of you, and you became a beautiful scenery in others' dreams. You bring longing and happiness to others. We know that it is not easy for a person to decorate other people's dreams. How much care, help, support and encouragement you should give others when you are awake. People are grateful to you. You not only decorate other people's dreams, but also decorate other people's lives. And when you walk into other people's dreams and become the scenery in others' dreams, what kind of happiness and satisfaction is it? Shouldn't this be regarded as a kind of gratitude and reward from others?
At this point, the poet has completed the sublimation from the aesthetic image of "there are others in your scenery, and there are also you in other people's scenery" to the philosophical proposition of "mutual gratitude in human nature", and the first two and the last two have naturally completed the inheritance and leap. If the first two sentences are just a natural phenomenon encountered by the poet by chance, and they only vaguely feel that they contain a great philosophy and wisdom, then the last two sentences complete the sublimation of this thought through the subjective and symbolic descriptions of "the bright moon decorated the window" and "you decorated other people's dreams". Therefore, I said that "broken chapters" continue, and there is a progressive relationship between them, which is a progressive thinking.
Everything in the world, static and moving, living and inanimate, earth and transcendence, human beings and all natural beings different from human beings have all achieved epiphany and achieved harmony in the vision of the spirit of everything-human beings represented by poets. Everything in the world, you are interdependent. Shouldn't we be grateful to each other for the more beautiful scenery? Care, help, support and encourage each other? Did you decorate each other's scenery more beautifully?
