Huh? The teacher fell into the water? Sounds sad! But don't worry, let me use my major in college to show my skills and help the teacher who helped me fall into the water! Oh, by the way, my major in college is mechanical manufacturing and automation!

First of all, I want to declare that I am not good at swimming, so it is certainly unrealistic to save my teacher from diving. But after all, we are majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation, and there is still a bottom to design and manufacture something to save him! What are you designing? Then design a boat. It's all mechanical anyway.

Since we want to design a boat, we must first measure the length and width of the water surface with a tape measure, and then find a bamboo pole to insert into the water to measure the water god, otherwise how can we design a boat with the right draft!

With the above data, I began to design the ship. So what kind of boat should I design? The aircraft carrier is too big, and small garbage is not suitable for saving people. Then I will design a small iron boat with a length of three meters and a width of one meter and two meters for fishermen to fish! This kind of boat is flexible, convenient and maneuverable, and it is most suitable for saving people!

With a goal, I set out to prepare the design. I will definitely open AutoCAD on the computer first, draw three views of the ship roughly, and mark the dimensions roughly. If there is no problem, then I will start to formally design with 3D software.

Then I will open my favorite UG6.0 software, refer to the three views and dimensions on AutoCAD, and start drawing three-dimensional drawings step by step. I know there must be unreasonable parameters in the design process, but in order to save the teacher, I don't bother, and I will take the trouble to modify my model again and again.

After the final completion, I will start to draw a formal exploded view of the parts, and then I will mark the dimensions, tolerances and technical requirements one by one. Although it is quite complicated, our major is like this, and it is too careless to save my teacher!

After all the drawings were completed, I went to the training building of the school to find information. Although I know it's better to find a factory to produce directly, the training building of the school is used to improve our hands-on ability. How could I miss this good opportunity to practice!

I found all the materials, and then began to build the ship formally. Whether it is a CNC lathe or a CNC milling machine, or even a grinder planer, I can operate it skillfully! Who let us be this major!

Of course, the welding of this hull is a technical job, which is not involved in my major. But it doesn't matter, I can ask other professional teachers to come and help! We are all in the same circle, and they will never go to a dead end!

When everything is finished, it will be polished and painted. This is not very professional. I'm sure I can finish it soon! When the paint is almost dry, I can pull it into the school pond for testing. If there is water leakage, I will definitely consult the teacher again and try to solve it! When I finish the exam, I can save the teacher in the water!

Maybe I'm a little late to do this, but people in our machinery industry should be so serious and I'm so honest! How to save the teacher if you don't learn the major well? What if I want to save him? Let him see if the quality of the products I designed and manufactured is poor.
