This kind of overload transportation behavior is at the expense of earning personal interests and damaging highway bridges, and it is also one of the reasons for traffic safety accidents. At the same time, it also disrupts the order of the transportation market, resulting in low freight rates and excess capacity, which leads to unfair and vicious competition and brings immeasurable losses to the life and property safety of the country and people.
Overloading is related to the overall situation of safe and smooth road traffic and social development and stability. In order to protect highways, maintain social stability, public safety and market economic order, according to the National Highway Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Highway Safety Protection and the Regulations on the Management of Overloaded Vehicles on Highways, road administration, traffic control, public security organs and other functional departments will, under the leadership of the government, carry out centralized rectification actions for overloading of ordinary highways in Xiangtan County to strictly control freight transportation. Strictly investigate the overloaded vehicles of more than 55 tons on highway bridges, and prohibit large and heavy vehicles from driving on rural roads; Severely crack down on malicious over-limit transportation, card rushing, resisting detection and obstructing over-limit law enforcement, so as to create a competitive, orderly, safe and fast traffic environment for the majority of transport owners. If your transport vehicle is modified or assembled without authorization, please restore it to its original state immediately. (1) Two-axle vehicles with a total weight not exceeding 20 tons;
(2) The total weight of three-axle vehicles shall not exceed 30 tons;
(3) Four-axle vehicles with a total weight not exceeding 40 tons;
(4) Five-axle vehicles with a total weight not exceeding 50 tons;
(5) For vehicles with six axles or more, the total weight of goods shall not exceed 55 tons;
