Jin Taikang established the county government in 3 years, Funing government in 23 years from Yuan Dynasty to Yuan Dynasty, and Funing government in Qing Dynasty 12 years. In 23 years of the Republic of China, an administrative district was established, and after liberation, Fu 'an District was established. June 197 1 was changed to Ningde area. There are many cultural relics and legends in eastern Fujian. According to historical records, Huotong Mountain in Jiaocheng is one of the holy places of Taoism and Buddhism. There are legends of "Suiren's making a fire" and "Huangdi's making a fire", and there are also legends of Yao Di sealing Taimu. One hundred years ago, Fujian's first customs, Fuhai Pass, was established in eastern Fujian.
