-China Yuan Chun's tune.
February 1936
Northland scenery:
A hundred miles of ice,
A thousand leagues of spinning snow.
Both sides of the Great Wall
A vast expanse of white
The swift current of the Yellow River
It is still from beginning to end.
The mountains danced like silver snakes.
The highlands charge like waxy elephants,
Competing with heaven in figure.
On a clear day, the land,
Dressed in white, decorated with red,
Become more charming.
This land is so beautiful.
Let countless heroes bow to their knees.
But alas! Qin Shihuang and Emperor Wu Han
Lack of literary talent,
Emperor Taizong and Song Taizu
There are almost no poems in their souls;
Genghis Khan,
The proud son of heaven one day,
I only know how to shoot an eagle and bow.
It's all over!
For a truly great man
Just look at this era.

These highlands are the highlands of Shaanxi and Shanxi.
