Personalization of Autumn (Curie & Ives Lithography, 187 1).
Autumn leaves by john everett millais. Autumn is associated with the change of weather from warm to cold, and its related position as the main harvest season dominates its theme and popular image. In western culture, the incarnation of autumn is usually beautiful and nutritious women, decorated with ripe fruits, vegetables, grains and wheat at this time. Most ancient cultures are characterized by celebrating harvest in autumn, which is usually the most important event on their calendars. The echo of these celebrations still exists in the Mid-Autumn Festival Thanksgiving Day in the United States and the Jewish Tent Festival, and its root is a "tent" full moon harvest festival (a harvested hut, which later gained religious significance). There are also many festivals of North American Indians related to harvesting wild food ripe in autumn, and the Mid-Autumn Festival in China, and so on. The main atmosphere of these autumn celebrations is the joy of the fruits of the earth, mixed with some melancholy related to the coming bad weather.
This view is reflected in john keats's Poems of Autumn, which describes this season as a rich season and a "fruitful" season.
Fan Wener:
Autumn in the countryside
The weather is getting colder. The sun is no longer strong, and cicadas stop chirping. The hot summer has finally passed. The favorite season of the year is coming.
Everywhere you can see the harvest scene: golden rice on the field and ripe fruit on the tree. The farmer's face is full of smiles. They now expect a good harvest through a summer's hard work.
The autumn evening is especially beautiful. When the sun sets slowly, the mountains are covered with the red light of sunset glow, which shines on the blue sky and clouds, just like maple leaves falling into the sky.
It gets cold at dusk. The wind blows, the moonlight shines on the ground, frogs croak and insects chirp in the fields. This situation will make you forget all the unhappy things during the day.
I like beautiful seasons.
