Gu Cheng wrote this poem in 1981. Based on the time, it is estimated that it was written to Xie Ye to express his longing for her.
(Gu Cheng and Xie Ye met on a train from Shanghai to Beijing in 1979. The two fell in love at first sight. When they got off the train, Gu Cheng gave Xie Ye a note with his address. A few days later, Xie Ye After searching for it, the two exchanged letters to each other after Xie Ye left Beijing. Later, in order to get closer to the one he loved, Gu Cheng simply bought a house on Wuyi Road near Xie Ye's home. What's even crazier is that he also bought a house on Wuyi Road near Xie Ye's home. They placed a large wooden box at the door of Xie Ye's house and slept in it every day. However, their relationship was strongly opposed by Xie's mother, and the couple also separated and got married. In the end, the two got married in 1983 (1981). This year was the period of love between the two.
There are three stanzas in the whole poem.
〖The first section "The land is curved...the blue sky in your heart". 〗
The two of us are separated by thousands of mountains and rivers, and the road is winding and winding. We can’t see the end at a glance, and we can’t find you. I can only see the blue sky in the distance, and under that blue sky are your busy back and your emotions. Although we are thousands of miles apart, our hearts are closely connected, and you can see it when you look up.
〖Second Section "Is it blue? Really blue...the smile is frozen on the lips"〗
The blue sky is like the heart that I love you sincerely and fiercely , telling me my love for you, the blue sky is like the sea of ??longing that never stops. I want to be happy, and I also want people around me to be happy because of my happiness. But without you by my side, the corners of my mouth cannot form a smile.
〖Section 3 "Give me a cloud...my sun needs to sleep"〗
Since I can't feel happiness because you are not around. Then let my thoughts overflow and turn my sky into a gray sky. Waiting for you to come to my side one day, or for me to walk into your side, help me push away the dark clouds, and let the sun spread sunshine.
The charm of poetry lies in using general language to express the deepest emotions. The combination of simple language bursts out infinite power. In just twelve short sentences, the poet’s longing for his sweetheart and his thoughts are revealed. The process is vividly written on the paper.
