Poetry copyright, copyright application
Copyright is different from patent right: the author owns the copyright of a work (such as a poem) from the date of its completion-the copyright is naturally obtained; Patent rights need to be applied for and authorized by the State Patent Office. Once your poem is finished, you have the copyright-you can prohibit anyone else from using your poem, and if you use it, you have the right to collect royalties. If you don't make any copyright statement, it means that you don't give up any copyright.
