The margin values are: upper 2.54cm, lower 2.54cm, left 1.9 1cm and right 65438. Compared with the fixed (normal) margin value of "Word 2007", the left and right width is 1.27 cm, so the lateral width is increased to write more bars when playing music.
2. Set the number of rows and columns
The fixed value of line spacing in Word2007 is single-line spacing. When the margin value is moderate: if the word "No.5" is used, it will be 43 straight lines and 50 words horizontally, and the number of words on the whole page will be 2150; If you use the word "small four", it is 43 lines straight and 44 words horizontal, totaling 1892 words. If the word "No.4" is used, it is a straight line with 265,438+0 lines, 38 words horizontally and 798 words in the whole picture.
Refer to the above line values and word values to decide how many lines the score should be typed. You can adjust the font size, increase or decrease the number of lines per line, add blank lines, change the margin value or line spacing value, etc.
Two. list entries
It is best to use the words "Song Ti" and "Xiao No.4" in the input of notes and lyrics, and type one line at a time without leaving any spaces between words.
Line 1: Enter "Song Name". Singers who don't know the input methods such as "five strokes" can buy a "handwriting board" and connect it to a computer for direct handwriting input, so that they can not only write music scores, but also write articles, find information and so on.
Line 2: Enter "key signature" and "Time signature". Key signature 1= X, "time signature" 4/4, 3/4, 2/4, etc. Then enter the name of the lyricist;
Line 3: Enter the symbol "Speed and Expression". Such as Quiet andantino and C = 60. Then enter the name of the composer;
The fourth line: blank. It is convenient to input various marks in the future;
The fifth line: enter "notes", "bar lines" and "ending lines". Generally, 4-6 bars are appropriate, with a maximum of 8 bars;
Line 6: Enter the lyrics. If it is a foreign language lyric, its letters can be found in the symbol library, but attention should be paid to the relationship between letters and the case of letters;
After all input, make adjustments.
Three. Layout adjustment
1. Fonts and font resizing
Select the notes and characters to set the effect, switch to the Start tab, and select the font or font size in the font and font size drop-down library of font group:
(1) the name of the song. It is suggested to use "bold" or "italic" and the words "bold", "1" or "smaller".
⑵ key signature, time signature, composer, speed, emoticon. It is suggested to use the words "Song Ti" or "Italic", "No.5" or "Small No.4".

(4) Lyrics. It is suggested to use the words "Song Ti" or "Italic", "No.5" or "Small No.4".

2. Adjustment of word spacing
(1) Use the space bar to gradually open the notes and lyrics that were originally entered with one-time and non-space bar, so that the lyrics are aligned with the corresponding notes. In the future, when you enter the dotted line sign, lifting sign, ventilation sign, sound change sign, etc. , the notes will move backwards. At this time, you need to use the space bar and the ← key to adjust.
⑵ After inputting the arc connection mark, if the note does not correspond to the arc connection, it should be readjusted.
(3) In the 4/4 key, if a line is arranged into 6 bars, more than one line may be discharged, and even the space bar and the ← key cannot be adjusted well. Select the line at this time, click the start button in the lower right corner of the font group dialog box on the start tab, then open the font dialog box, switch to the R tab of the character spacing, select the "standard" of the spacing s as "compact" in the dialog box, enter "0.7"-"1.4" in the point value b, and press the OK button to see if it can be changed into a line, otherwise it cannot be used again.
(4) If the lyrics are not vertically aligned with the notes, lyrics and lyrics in some places, you can choose a "byte" in the space before the unevenness. When the font size is changed from "No.4" to "No.3" or larger, the characters will move back slightly; If the font size is changed from "small four" to "small five" or smaller, the characters will move forward slightly. You can continue to operate until you are satisfied.
3. Adjustment of line spacing
On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the dialog launcher button in the lower right corner to open the Paragraph dialog box. In the spacing combo box, select the appropriate spacing type from the drop-down list of spacing n, and then adjust the value in the setting value A box on the right to set the appropriate line spacing for the selected text.
When the line spacing value is "fixed value 12- 14 pounds", the distance between the arc connecting line and the score is better; When the line spacing value is "fixed value 18 points", the distance between lyrics and music score is better.
4. Observe the adjustment effect
Click the Office button, and select the menu item Print P→ Print Preview V from the pop-up drop-down menu, and the print preview effect of the document will appear, so as to see the whole picture of the music score, whether the layout is reasonable and beautiful, and make adjustments if necessary.
Four. Input of symbolic text
1. Enter using the keyboard.
Singers can input some music notation by pressing the corresponding character keys on the keyboard. When inputting the up key symbol on the two-character key, you need to hold down the Shift key and press the two-character key to input.
The symbols directly input from the keyboard are: semitone #, syncopation *, bar sign | and so on.
In the state of "Chinese (China)" and "Song Style", you can also use the Shift key +-/2 to type the dot "?" Mark "_" with Shift+/- key.
2. Use the soft keyboard to input.
There is usually a soft keyboard button on the status bar of Chinese input method. Click this button, and then click the corresponding symbol button on the pop-up soft keyboard to insert the specified symbol text in the document.
3. Use the dialog box to enter
Find the insertion point to be inserted, then switch to the Insert tab, click the symbol button in the special symbol group, select more options from the pop-up drop-down list, then open the Insert Special Symbol dialog box, switch to the Special Symbol tab, select the appropriate symbol in the symbol list box, and click OK. At this point, the selected symbol can be inserted into the specified position in the document.
If you still don't have the symbol you want in the Insert Special Symbol dialog box, you can click in the Symbol group on the Insert tab. Symbol button, select other symbol M option from the pop-up drop-down list, and then open the symbol dialog box, which includes two tabs, symbol S and special symbol P. In the font drop-down list of symbol S tab, various font types provided by the system are listed. Each time you type a symbol, a record will be left in the "Recently Used Symbol R" column at the bottom of the Symbol dialog box (click? When you type these symbols in the future, you can directly select the symbols from this column to type the score, so as to improve the performance speed. But note that when you enter a new tag, the last tag in this column will disappear.
4. Use the Copy and Paste tools for input.
Use Copy (Ctrl+c on the keyboard) and Paste (Ctrl+v on the keyboard) to drag and copy some music symbols to the required positions, which can improve the playback speed.

2. Input of time signature

Click the Office button, then click the Convert V button, click the OK button in the "Microsoft Office Word" text box that appears, and then click the Insert tab. The π formula button will turn black. At this time, you can do it.
Click the π formula button directly, and the words "Type a new formula here" will appear on the blue background in the editing form. Click the Formula Tool button above the Design tab, then click the Fraction drop-down button in the upper right corner of the Structure group, and click the Common Fraction box in the dialog box that appears. The words "Type a new formula here" in the form disappear, replaced by a blue "fraction input box", and place the cursor at the numerator. If it becomes a blue box after clicking, you can enter a number (denominator operation is the same as above). After entering, put the cursor in the blank space of the "Form" and click the mouse. 3. Input of note arcs
Position the cursor on the blank line above the score, select the symbols ╭ and ╮ in the symbol library, use the symbol ? in the symbol library as the center line of the two arc symbols, click or double-click, and then insert the I button, such as ╭╮, ╭╮, etc. If you type 3 in the arc connection, it is a triplet connection, such as ╭3╮ and so on. You can also mark segments, such as ┌1┐ and so on.
In the blank line above the score, you can also enter velocity marks, Boeing marks, echo marks, sustain marks, hold marks, vibrato marks, staccato marks and paragraph repetition marks "and".
4. Input of underline and bass point
⑴ There are two ways to input the underline: one is to "select" the note, and then cut into the font group of the start tab, in U? In the drop-down list, select "underline" as "single line" or "double line", and then "single underline" or "double underline" will appear under the selected notes, such as 5 and 6.
Another way is in u? In the drop-down list, select another underline m to open the Font n dialog box. Select "underline" as "single line" or "double line" in underline line type U, and click OK to open "single underline" or "double underline" under the selected notes, such as 5 and 6.
⑵ Bass point input: "select" notes. In the Font n dialog box, select bullets (? ) as "?" Press the OK key, and a "bass point" will pop up, such as 5656. Here, we should pay attention to a problem. When the line spacing is "single line spacing" or above (or the font size is "No.5" or below), the bass point can only be seen in the window, but when the line spacing value changes, the bass point will be hidden and reproduced after printing.
⑶ Enter the underline and bass point at the same time: "Select" the note. In the Font dialog box, select the Single Line or Double Line button in the underlined line type U, and then select the bullet (? "?" In). Button, the selected note will have both "underline" and "bass point". At this point, you can see the effect of underline and bass point in the preview window. Just click OK, say 34.
(4) When you enter an underline, you may encounter the situation that the underline moves with the cursor. If you enter a new word on a new line, an underline will appear under the word. The solution is to "select" a new underline, select "None" from the drop-down list of underline line type U, and press the OK button to exit.
5. Input of treble points,
Select the note, then cut into the font group on the start tab, click the wén/ Text button to open the Pinyin Guide dialog box, position the cursor in the Pinyin R text box, select the font as bold in the font F drop-down list, then position the cursor in the Pinyin R text box and press the ﹫/2 key at the top of the keyboard to enter a key. At this point, you can see the treble point effect in the preview window. Click OK to complete the input of high-pitched points, such as 5 (). But this input method can only input one treble point at a time.
6. Learn voice input
There are three kinds of rising voices: short rising voice 1, double rising voice 1 1 and triple rising voice1. There are two input methods:
⑴ Position the cursor on the blank line above the tone-leaning notes to be input, input the tone-leaning notes and "select", input the "treble point", "underline" and "bass point" according to the methods in items 4 and 5, select the font size as "No.6", and press the OK button, such as 345. Then draw the connecting line with a thin pen and a triangular ruler.
⑵ Enter the learning notes in the blank space before the learning notes to be input and select them, and then mark them according to the method in 1. The learning notes will appear at the top of the learning notes to be input, and the font size is "No.3". Then enter the treble, underline and bass points, and press the OK button.
7. Enter the chapter number
After selecting the position in the blank line above the score, enter the bar number with the words "Song Ti" and "No.5" and "Select", click the Start tab, click the word (circled character) key in the font group, select the box with big circle number E and circle number O from the drop-down option box, and click the Enter button, such as 15.
