The first short poem is the first text in Unit 3 of Grade Four Chinese Book. The text selects three short poems from Starry Sky, which have beautiful artistic conception and profound implications, respectively expressing the themes of missing childhood, loving the sea and praising mother, and expressing Bing Xin's praise for innocence, maternal love and nature.
