From Li Bai's poem "Clear water gives birth to hibiscus, natural carving".
It means: just like the hibiscus flower that just came out of the water, it is simple and beautiful, without carving and decoration. It means that literary works should be as natural and fresh as hibiscus.
These two poems praised Wei Taishou's natural and fresh articles, and also expressed his own views on poetry, advocating pure beauty and nature-this is the style of articles advocated and pursued by Li Bai, and opposing decorative carving.
In fact, the same is true of Li Bai's own works. Later generations often quote these two poems to evaluate Li Bai's works.
