Li Bai (70 1-762), whose word is Taibai, is the most outstanding poet in the prosperous Tang Dynasty and a great romantic poet after Qu Yuan in the literary history of China. He is called "Poet Fairy". He has experienced ups and downs and his thoughts are complicated. Confucianism, Taoism and Rangers are all reflected in him. "Retirement after success" was the dominant thought that dominated his life. Such as Yin, Chivalry, Difficult to Ascend to the Sky, Antique, Mount Tianmu, etc. These wonderful poems show his life's mental journey, which is an artistic portrayal of social reality and spiritual life in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. His poetry has the artistic charm of "the pen falls and the wind and rain shake, and the poem makes the gods cry", which is a kind of emotional expression with strong subjective lyricism. When I miss Chang 'an, some poems, such as "The wind blows my heart, Xianyang trees hang in the west", are very infectious. He is also good at using extremely exaggerated, appropriate metaphors and amazing fantasies, such as "But since the water is still flowing, although we cut it with swords, we raise our glasses to drown our sorrows" and "White hair is three thousands of feet, and sorrow is as long as long".
Du Fu (7 12-770), with beautiful words, is a great realistic poet in the history of China literature, and is known as a "poet saint". His poems profoundly reflect the social outlook of the Tang Dynasty from prosperity to decline, with rich social content, distinctive colors of the times and strong political tendencies. He wrote more than 1000 poems in his life, the most famous of which was that he expressed deep sympathy for the people and exposed the sharp opposition between the exploiters and the exploited in feudal society. The style of Du Fu's poems can be summarized as "depression and frustration", where depression refers to the deep connotation of the article and frustration refers to the ups and downs of feelings, tones and syllables. Du Fu's poems are simple, popular and realistic, but he is very skillful.
Wang Wei (70 1-76 1) was an outstanding poet and painter in the Tang Dynasty. After middle age, he became increasingly depressed and often relied on Buddhism and landscapes, which was also reflected in his poetry creation, so people later called him "Shi Fo". There are now more than 400 of his poems. Among them, pastoral poetry is mainly landscape. "The long river sets the yen" is still a subtle natural state, such as "moonlight in the pine forest, crystal stone in the stream". He can grasp the colors, sounds and dynamics of nature, or sketch, or portray freely, with a unique artistic conception. The ancients summarized the artistic characteristics of Wang's poems: there are paintings in poems and poems in paintings. The language is fresh and concise, and China flowers are seen in simplicity.
Li He (790-8 16), a poet in the late Tang Dynasty, was born in Fuchang (now Yiyang, Henan). My ancestral home is Longxi, and I call myself "Longxi Changji". He lived in Fuchangchang Valley, but later generations called him Li Changgu. Li He is a descendant of Zheng Liang, the imperial clan of the Tang Dynasty, but his family has declined. He was "thin and handsome" and died at the age of 27. There are 242 poems today. His poems satirize the dark politics and bad social phenomena, such as the king of Qin drinking, the tiger walking, and the golden bronze immortals praising Han. There are also angry and lyrical ones, such as "Elegy", "To the Restaurant" and "Haug". Some people write about the ghosts of immortals, such as dreams in heaven, songs in the sky, ancient wanderings, etc. There are other themes such as chanting poems, such as Li Ping's poems and Twenty-three Horses' poems. The artistic features of Li He's poems are very rich and peculiar, with concise sentences and magnificent colors, such as Knocking on the Sun Glass, Drinking the Moon to Make It Backward, and Pu Yin's Flowing Clouds Learn the Sound of Water.
Bai Juyi (772-846), whose real name was Lotte, became a Buddhist in Xiangshan in his later years. He was an outstanding poet in the Tang Dynasty. His ancestral home was Taiyuan (now Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province), and later he moved to Xiaao (...) ... because of the famous saying that "only poets can't stop, and everyone is idle in the moon", he was later called a "poet".
