How to deal with the phenomenon of alkali return of sintered brick?

1 First of all, before paving the sintered brick, portland cement produced by regular manufacturers should be used as the cement for the ground, and slag cement produced by informal manufacturers should not be used. If slag cement is used, the frost on the brick surface is more serious.

2. Before the construction of sintered brick, the cushion should be laid as soon as possible. The advantage of this is that the alkali in the cement cushion will be flooded in advance before paving, so that there will be no large amount of flooding alkali on the surface of the paved sintered brick.

3. The water used for construction should be river water, not seawater. If seawater is used in the construction, the salt contained in seawater will also cause frost on the brick surface. The sand used for construction should be river sand to avoid sea sand.

4. If the anti-alkali phenomenon of sintered brick only appears after construction, please wash it with tap water three times a day, and the anti-alkali phenomenon can be removed in one week.

5. In the process of construction, the construction personnel must pay attention to the cleanliness of the brick surface, and cover it with fine sand while paving, so as to avoid the formation of stains on the brick surface that are difficult to remove in the process of garden construction.
